At StyleXWear, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before making a return request.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All tags are intact and packaging is undamaged
- The item is not a sale or discounted product
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation
⚠️ Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom-printed or personalised products
- Innerwear, accessories, and undergarments
- Items purchased during special promotions
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Email us at support@stylexwear.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back at your cost
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect on our end
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted — you may initiate a return upon delivery.
